Classes are 1 hour and are limited to 10 participants to allow for 2 metre social distancing. All mats and equipment are usually provided but we are asking you to bring your own mat until further notice. You may also want to bring your own head pad. Only equipment that is easily cleaned will be used. You will be asked to wash your hands before you come onto your mat and before you leave the building. Unfortunately you will no longer be able to drop in and pay in class, all classes will need to be booked and paid for in advance. Full details of the Church safety measures will be sent to you once you have booked your class. Please arrive on time and take off your shoes before entering the hall. Wear comfortable clothing, easy to move in but not too baggy. Please ensure all mobile phones are switched to silent.
The classes start on time so please try to arrive a few minutes before you class. The start of the class is crucial for your focus, warm up and to centre yourself.
For complete beginners with little or no prior experience or those who have minor injuries. Modifications will be given, so suitable for all abilities.
For those who have completed a beginners course or have some Pilates experience.
For those who have completed a beginners/improvers course or with a good level of Pilates experience and want more of a challenge.
You will need to have been practicing pilates for some time and have a good understanding of the pilates method and repertoire. You must also be injury free.
