All classes held at Barnes Methodist Church. Classes are 1 hour and are limited to 12 participants. All mats and equipment are provided. Wear comfortable clothing, easy to move in but not too baggy. Please ensure all mobile phones are switched to silent.
The classes start on time so please try to arrive a few minutes before you class. The start of the class is crucial for your focus, warm up and to centre yourself.
For complete beginners with little or no prior experience or those who have minor injuries. Modifications will be given, so suitable for all abilities.
For those who have completed a beginners course or have some Pilates experience.
For those who have completed a beginners/improvers course or with a good level of Pilates experience and want more of a challenge.
You will need to have been practicing pilates for some time and have a good understanding of the pilates method and repertoire. You must also be injury free.
*For 4 classes booked and paid for in advance. You can come to any class but must be used within the 4 week period.
