Online classes: There are five live stream classes each week. All classes are recorded so if you are not able to make a live stream class you can catch up in your own time. All recorded classes are kept in your library content, you have full access to all recorded classes as long as you are a member. The classes start on time so please try to arrive a few minutes before you class. The start of the class is crucial for your focus, warm up and to centre yourself.
For complete beginners with little or no prior experience or those who have minor injuries. Modifications will be given, so suitable for all abilities.
For those who have completed a beginners course or have some Pilates experience.
For those who have completed a beginners/improvers course or with a good level of Pilates experience and want more of a challenge.
You will need to have been practicing pilates for some time and have a good understanding of the pilates method and repertoire. You must also be injury free.
